Winterize

**We include a free roof inspection with all winterizations**
A collection of pest control and home maintenance products on artificial turf.

In Massachusetts, winterizing is especially important. Once temperatures regularly approach 32°F (0°C), you shouldn't rely on the camper simply staying warm enough—especially if it's stored without heat.

The biggest reasons are:

  • Prevent burst pipes: Water left in plumbing, faucets, filters, and valves can freeze and expand, cracking components.

  • Protect the water heater: Residual water can freeze and damage the tank or fittings.

  • Avoid costly repairs: A few hours of winterizing can prevent hundreds or even thousands of dollars in spring repairs.

  • Prevent mold and odors: Proper winter storage includes draining and cleaning the camper, reducing moisture problems.

  • Protect batteries and appliances: Winter storage is a good time to prepare the battery, propane system, refrigerator, and other equipment.

  • Be ready for unexpected cold: Even if you don't expect to use the camper, one hard freeze can cause damage surprisingly quickly.

Starting at $198 + Antifreeze for travel trailers

Please note that we do not have the ability to empty septic tanks. This will need to be done by the customer before service.
